New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Complete required fields to request an account to enroll your student(s). If you do not have an email address or had a student previously enrolled in Rockwall ISD, please create your login information by selecting "I do not have an e-mail" and this will change the prompt to create Guardian Login and enter your primary telephone number. This will allow you to receive an immediate password.
